Hey I do surveys all the time and this one was shorter than my usual one that after 10 minutes says sorry you don't qualify. That's the chance you take. Plus if it's free I'll take it.

A 15 PAGE QUESTIONNAIRE, AND THEN THEY WANT YOU TO WAIT 3 MONTHS AND COMPLETE A SECOND SURVEY TO QUALIFY?
I DON'T NEED THE $20 THAT BADLY!
