Sponsor will award to the winner of the Grand Prize Random Drawing ("Grand Prize Winner") one (1) Grand Prize consisting of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and a 2008 Kentucky Derby VIP Experience featuring a trip for two (2) to the 2008 Kentucky Derby (the "Prize Event") including 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one guest from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors) to a major gateway airport near the Prize Event (as determined by Sponsors), 2) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, and 3) round-trip transportation between airport and hotel and Prize Event. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is ($15,000).
