That's what I need to do!
I'm 48 and would like to lose 20 lbs, which I probably don't need to, but put back on 15 lbs in muscles to get in shape! Thanks for sharing this with us! THis is a great idea! You look great and I know you can do it. Keep it up! I know your wife and kids must be proud of you!!
